Ingredients :

2 teaspoons of green tea

80 ml of hot water (the best is 80°)

4 teaspoons of aloe vera gel

50ml orange blossom water

150ml spray bottle 

Preparation :

Infuse the green tea in hot water for 10 to 15 minutes (Infusion more concentrated than for a tea). Then remove the tea and leave the infusion to cool in a cool place. Mix the cooled tea infusion, floral water and aloe vera. Shake vigorously.

Conservation :

Preferably keep the preparation cool between two uses and do not store for more than 3 weeks.

Do not wait for sunburn to test the preparation, it will be useful from the first exposure.
